"TRY,TRY,TRY TILL YOU SUCCEED"
One of the most memorable days in my life would be yesterday i.e.,30 May 2013.It was really special.Me and my partner HariKiran interviewed Ex-Chief Minister of Karnataka H.D.Kumarswamy.It has increased our self-confidence like anything,we could do it just as students without any influence,as media or something.
We started off very early and reached Kumarswamy's residence by 930am,we were informed about the address by his assistant.We were made to sit in a room where several others were waiting for blessings,help in form of money,help in form of a degree seat in some college from Kumarswamy.We waited for a while and then the moment came when he just arrived and all surrounded him within seconds and everyone spoke out their requests and he was so patient and kind to reply to everyone.Howerver when we asked for few minutes to speak to us,he told us to meet at office in sadashivnagar around 2pm.
Then we again tried to follow his car so as to interview him at place where he reaches,however we couldnt catch up because they had extra facility to cross traffic signals when the public had to halt.Then we decided to go to office and there we were informed that we might not be able to interview because the crowd had increased,but we dint give up there,Me and my partner made up our mind that we will not leave this task until it gets finished.
And we tried and tried to convey our message and we could convince him inspite of such a crowd and achieved our aim of interviewing for 5minutes and then we even got a photograph with him.It was really special.I felt that if we were not willing to try and just had given up seeing the crowd we could have done nothing.
I would like to thank HariKiran because he was supportive and determined which made us achieve this task.
"YOU NEED NOT BE TALL TO REACH HEIGHTS,IT IS JUST YOUR THINKING AND WILL POWER WHICH SHOULD BE AT THAT HEIGHT"
