Meditation is a practice in which an individual trains the mind or induces mode of consciousness,either to realize some benefit or an end in itself.
Meditation is an essential practice to be done by everyone in order to live a wonderful life.How is meditation helpful??It helps a lot,its a major tool in order to improve our control over mind.And when you control your mind,you actually create your LIFE.There is an amazing quote related to LIFE : "Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it."And your reaction is mainly by your mind,so if you have good control on mind you will end up living life in a brilliant and wonderful way.
My mentor always says "It's all in the game of mind" and I completely believe it because I have experienced it.It's the way you mind thinks,acts or decides that determines your Life and lifestyle.
