Formula for Success!!

        Hello everyone!I am feeling happy and grateful as usual,for whatever I have and whatever I am today.Today I would be sharing about the 'Formula for success.'I am damn sure that this will be of great help/support to you.

        The first major attribute for success is 'Burning desire.'Success does not happen.It is the result of practicing principles that leads to success.I would like to share an amazing story at this point of time.

       "Once a young man asked Socrates the secret to success.Socrates asked the young man to meet him at the riverside the next morning.They met.Socrates asked the young man to walk into the water and he did.Suddenly Socrates ducked the young man underwater and held him till he started turning blue.Then,Socrates pulled him out.The first thing he did was to take a deep breath.Socrates asked him,'Son,when you were under water what did you want the most?'

   The young man said,'Air.'

Socrates said,'There is no secret to success.When you want success,as badly as you wanted air when you were in the water you will have it.Nobody will be able to stop you that day.'This is called BURNING DESIRE.

       Second most attribute required is "Motivation."A regular dose of motivation is needed to keep you going with high spirits.There will be a lot of situations that will make you feel rejected and dejected.But if positive thoughts enter your mind consistently,you will keep yourself motivated.Getting motivated is easier than staying motivated,especially in the face if receiving rejection a lot of time.It is always awesome to be surrounded by people of high moral character.There is an amazing quote:"Where you will be five years from now will depend upon the kinds of book you read and the kind of company you keep."

          Third and the most important attribute is "Hard work."There is a proverb related to hard work that my dad keeps telling-"There is no substitute for hard work."Never find any excuses or search for shortcuts,hard work is the only path to achieve pinnacle of success.Stop procrastinating,Start doing."Success is not measured from how we do as compared to others but how we do as compared to what we are capable of doing."Folks,hard work has no substitute."You need to breathe to survive,likewise you must work hard to succeed."

           Your commitment to success is what makes you successful."The quality of a person's life is in direct proportion to commitment to success,regardless of their chosen field of endeavour."

         At last,I would like to share a recipe for success in SALES.

Great attitude+Great values+Great planning+Great marketing+Great selling+Great service leads to high trust +no Risk=Growth,prosperity and Success.
