Eat well to stay healthy!



               This is one of the most amazing activity of human beings-"Eating."I am damn sure that most of us love EATING.Some might love eating the food prepared at home,some might like food on roadside,some might like in restaurants,some like eating ordered food from outside,at home and so on.
               What do I mean by my title???Eat well-It not only means eating healthy food,eating at regular intervals and at the right time.It also means to eat the right quantity of food."Excess of anything is poison."Likewise,excess of eating can lead to obesity,sleepiness,fatigue,lack of interest and lack of concentration.I definitely agree that eating is good for health and it is very much necessary for metabolism.But eating the required quantity of food is very much essential to stay healthy.
          I happened to write this blogpost because I ended up having a lot of food at dinner and consequently I started feeling tired and sleepy.I was very much active and energetic before eating food but after excess consumption of food I felt tired and sleepy.It not only makes you feel tired and sleepy but such over-consumption is what leads to obesity.Disadvantage of being obese is you not only look bad but also fatigue and increased health problems such as heart diseases,type 2 diabetes,certain types of cancer,sleep apnea and osteoarthritis.Hence,i request you to make sure that you have the required quantity of food and not excess of it.
             You must eat for good metabolism,growth and to provide energy for your body and not to become tired or become obese or develop some kind of health problems.So,ensuring consuming required quantity of food is really good for health and definitely you stay healthy by following this practice.
            Water is the elixir of life.A person can stay without food but not without water.Even then consumption of water in excess might lead to life-threatening disease called Excercise Associated Hyponatraemia(EAH).This disease simply means that excess water in your body has diluted body fluids so much that the sodium levels have become life-threateningly low.When excess consumption of water(elixir) can be harmful,excess consumption of food is also definitely harmful.I happened to consume excess food today and hence thought of writing a blogpost about it,which would help me in creating awareness among people and also as a reminder for myself to not consume excess of food again.
