Keep doing different things when your mind is DISTURBED

                    It's very common that our mind gets disturbed due to some or the other reason but how frequently it happens depends on your control on your MIND.You need to be very strong in controlling your mind if you don't want your mind to get disturbed by thinking something which is unnecessary.However if you don't have good control you will end up being someone who is always sad,less active etc.One good solution is atleast be surrounded by positive people so your mind tunes up to positives more.
                  What to do when MIND is disturbed??Simple answer is WORK.It can be any kind of work even playing,do something or the other instead of sitting simply.By sitting simply you will let your mind to think about the thought which disturbed you and it will disturb even more.So there won't be an end to it.If you are good at recovering then your mind might be alright by the next day or it might even prolong if you just sit simply.Instead if you WORK or do something other than simply sitting and thinking about what has happened,you will end up thinking about the work so much that you will forget what had happened and your MIND will no more be disturbed.

                "Use of mental energy which does not help you achieve your goals is a WASTE"-From this quote I mean that wasting time about thinking something which won't help in any way to achieve your goals is a complete WASTE of energy and time.So keep this quote in mind and ROCK your Lives.
