Avoid Junk Food!!

       Junk food is a derisive slang term for food with low nutritional value and often high in fat,sugar,salt and calories.Junk food has become very common and a very usual kind of food for people of all ages,let it be a small kid or an old person,everyone have got used to that taste of junk food.Everyone love it so much that they have forgotten its later effects and mainly the fact that it has no or low nutritional value.
         Junk food is not something which should not be consumed at all.Ofcourse we feel like having a change in our life after a while.Like after a week's continuous work,the weekends are preferred to be utilized for entertaining ourselves by doing something other than work-that is CHANGE.Similarly having an outside food or junk foods like chats,burgers etc once in a while to break the usual routine of home-made food is acceptable but if that change becomes a usual routine then your body starts to change which is not acceptable.
         So realizing the fact that home-made nutritional food which is essential in the long run of life must be consumed more than the junk food.If a person can resist from consuming junk food and can completely be on a healthy diet throughout without getting bored,that person will be the person who will enjoy life throughout.
           "Kuch paane ke liye kuch kona padta hai"-This is a hindi proverb which says that in order to gain something we have to lose something.
          If you want to enjoy now by having junk foods,be prepared to suffer later.If you are ready to resist now and get used to nutritional food,be happy that you are preparing for a wonderful future.
          I feel happy for my cousin brother Anshul Wali,who is a miracle in this generation.He completely consumes home made food and He rarely tastes any food outside,inspite of hunger and other family members eating it.He is just nine years old,hope he develops the same habit for rest ninety years of his life.
