Photocopy has made life easier

               Photocopy is the process of making paper copies of documents and other visual images quickly.The machine used for the process of photocopy is called photocopier.It produces paper copies of documents and other visual images cheaply and even quickly.Photocopy has made life simpler,for anything and everything people prefer photocopy-right from notes of school till important documents of companies.

              "Xerox"-Many of us would be very familiar with this term.Xerox is mentioned as a synonym to photocopy but it actually is not.Xerox is an american multinational document management corporation that produces and sells a range of color and black-and-white printers,photocopiers,multifunction systems and related consulting services and supplies.The photocopiers of 'Xerox' are so widely used that the actual word of photocopy is replaced by xerox.

             Photocopy has replaced verifax,carbon paper,mimeograph machine and other duplicating machines very widely.It is very common for students to use photocopy,being a student I have experienced it many times.Any sort of incomplete notes or extra notes are not copied by writing by hands,instead by simple photocopy.Photocopy is very useful in many cases but has a little negative effects,as it makes people a bit lazy.However the positives should be seen and appreciated.
