I was someone of getting up late category.But as per the advice of my mentor to get up early,i took it up as a challenge to get up early from then and i am doing it.I feel so happy by getting up early it gives an amazing feeling whereas getting up late feeling is worse,half of the day seems to be lost and the rest half of it cant be utilized properly because that activeness,zeal,freshness wont be there.
However if there is something important to be done and you need to be awake then its absolutely fine,but make sure that the sleep lost is compensated as the body functions properly when it is given equal amount of work and equal amount of rest."EXAMS" is one thing which spoils most of ours daily routine,we miss our breakfast or lunch or dinner,we lack proper sleep during that time.This happens when there is lack of preparation for the exams.This is my learning from my mistakes.If preparation is perfect,its the as usual routine with little extra hard work during exam else its a different routine wherin we miss many things.
I have come across lot of changes after developing a habit of getting up early.
