Pleasing Personality very much needed for SALES!

             Hello everyone!I am feeling happy and grateful as usual,for whatever I have and whatever I am today.The essential quality for SALES to happen is the salesperson should have a PLEASING PERSONALITY.
          To create a positive impact you need to have a pleasing personality.It is quite obvious.For example,you have to ask the route to a place and there are two people standing.One is shabbily dressed and arrogant,one is well dressed and decent.On whom will you have a positive impact?It is definitely the second person.Hence a pleasing personality creates a positive impact.In Sales,creating a positive impact ensures that there is high probability of Sales to happen.
            You are an AMBASSADOR.A salesperson is an ambassador for both his product and his company.No mater what we do or where we go,we always represent something or someone;hence,we are always an ambassador.The customer forms an impression of the company by the behaviour of the salesperson.A favourable or unfavourable impression created by the salesperson determines the attitude of the purchaser towards the company.Hence,building a good impression is always important.In sales,your impression determines attitude towards the company.In your normal life,impression created by your behaviour determines the attitude towards your parents.Remember,most of the time you don't get a chance to change your first impression."First impression is the last impression."So be very careful with your first impression.
              A good professional should reflect:
1. Confidence without arrogance.
2. Friendliness without being over-friendly.
3. Expertise without the 'I know it all, attitude.
              These are some worthy points,examples to show the importance of having a pleasing personality.
"Rapport building leads to a trusting relationship and a feeling of comfort,eventually leading to sales."
