To wait or not to wait, depends on you!

"To wait or not to wait, depends on you."I understand that the title of my blogpost is a bit confusing.I will make sure that I will make you understand what I mean,by the end of the blogpost.
'Waiting'-You would have heard this word or experienced it a million times. For example, waiting when a friend of yours comes late,Waiting when you call a person and that person is busy, waiting in a queue when there are a lot of people to buy or get the same thing which you want, waiting for a flight to take off/land when there is a delay due to unusual weather conditions, waiting when you want the print of photographs that is there in a pendrive and so on.I am currently 'waiting' to get the printouts of few images that I have submitted to the studio in a pendrive.
Since there are a lot of people,I was informed to wait for 20 minutes. But a wonderful thought came to my mind-Though it will take 20 minutes for me to get the printouts, waiting for it or not depends on me.Waiting is the period in which you are doing nothing other than expecting an event to happen. In my case, the event refers to collection of printouts when it is done. But,Waiting is not mandatory and depends on us.Whenever there is need to wait, you can utilise that time effectively in doing something else and this will help you develop proficient time management skills. You also end up finishing two or more works at the end of a particular time, when you utilize the 'waiting period' for one work to happen in doing some other work.
In certain cases like getting printouts of something or photocopy of a complete book, you will definitely have to wait. But as I explained above, you can utilize the waiting period in doing some other work either by sitting near the place of present work or you can also go to some other place that demands your presence for completion of work. This is fine.
What if you are in a long queue and you are waiting for getting 'darshanam' of almighty in a temple or for billing your products in a Supermarket or any such case.In such cases you definitely have to be in the current place and wait and can't go anywhere else, because that would lead to a even longer queue and eventually making you wait for more time. But I believe that there is a Solution for everything in this world. Here the solution is simple. The solution is 'Smartphone.'The present trend among all kinds and all ages of people is 'Smartphones.'You can find a 3 year old baby meddling with a smartphone and at the same time a 90 year old person having a smartphone. So,the solution for proficient use of 'Waiting period' is use your smartphone to communicate with someone, learn from someone, learn something from Internet, read something, write articles, write blogs, update yourself with the latest technology and current affairs and so on.And am damn sure that any smartphone that costs from Rs.4000 to Rs.60000 will help you do all the above things.Infact many non-smartphones also helps you do productive things.Hence,to wait or not to wait is left to you.
I had given order for printouts of images and it would take 20 minutes for me to get it.I decided not to wait and hence I engaged myself in writing this blogpost.Trust me,I am feeling happy about myself for such a decision which helped in efficient utilization of time.

Time is very precious.Squeeze each minute!

"Time is Money" is a proverb that you might have heard many times. But according to me,there must be a change in the proverb and the proverb should be,"Time is EVERYTHING."I believe that time is not just money but it is everything.Everything depends on time.
"Time and Tide wait for none."This proverb is absolutely true and very meaningful.Has time or tide waited for anyone?Obviously, the answer is No.Whether you are healthy or unhealthy, whether you are good or bad, whether you are rich or poor or let it be anything, time and tide does not wait. The time keeps going and the tide keeps rising and falling. You can stop the clock by removing its battery but you cannot stop TIME.
Friends, time once gone is gone and you won't get it back.Hence we must make maximum utilization of time,we must squeeze each minute of our life and only then we will be able to create some dent in this universe.A person who does not know the importance of time,is just existing in this world.A person who knows the importance of time and understands that each minute is important,is LIVING his life to the Fullest.
I would like to give a simple example to make you understand the essentiality of time.Look back into your life and count what are the failures experienced by you.And then find out the reason for it.The reason will definitely turn out to be 'Improper utilization of time.'For instance, you failed in an exam because on the day before exam you studied the subject notes completely and went to the exam but most of the questions were from text book. Now,how can this be related to improper utilization of time?Very simple!Definitely you would have got the information about exams very long before the commencement of the exams. But since you had not utilized the time given for studying and made an attempt to study only on the eve of your exam, you had time constraints and could only study the notes and could not study the text book. And you failed because most of the questions were from textbook. In contrast to improper utilization of time,if you had utilized the time properly, you would have got enough time to study both notes and textbook.Eventually, you would have not only passed in that subject but also secured amazing marks.
This was a very simple example that came in my mind while writing this blogpost. There are a wide range of examples to show that time is very precious and you need to value each minute.
Well,if you feel how is small quantity such as one minute important? The answer is think of an athlete running in an 100m race, not minute you will understand the importance of each second. Each second in our life is important!!!!There is no point in grieving about your past.It is gone and you need to get out of it as soon as possible and work hard to atleast make your future wonderful.Because if you keep grieving about your past, you will lose a lot of time and consequently you will land up in some other problem and you will again start grieving about it.Hence, irrespective of what has happened or what is yet to happen, give complete justice to each minute of your life in doing something PRODUCTIVE.Then the results that you get for your strenuous efforts are JUST AWESOME AND OUT OF THE WORLD.
I would conclude by just one simple message-"One life,LIVE IT!" Live today as if it were the last day of your life.

I started reading a new book!

Hello everyone!I am feeling very happy and grateful for whatever I have and whatever I have. The day has been amazing so far.I spent half of the day with my gooody friend, then sometime with my friends and then started reading a new book-"You can sell."
The author of the book is Shiv Khera. It is a brilliant book for the beginners in selling profession, and also for those who have excelled in it,this book will help in developing new perspectives.
First of all I learnt an amazing fact that everyone is SELLING.A candidate at job interview-Candidate is selling his candidature and the interview is selling the company.A boy and girl proposing to get married-Both are selling their commitments, wishes etc.A politician making speeches to get votes-He is selling his ideas to benefit the people, and so on.Everyone is selling,in some or the other way.
Salesperson is anyone who sells a product or idea or service. This is the definition for salesperson given by Robert Stevenson.
Selling is a Win-Win or Lose-Lose game. When both the buyer and seller benefit from the sale,it is an Win-Win game. When both seller and buyer don't get benefitted from the sale,it is an Lose-Lose game.In Lose-Lose,the seller has lost his time forever and the potential source of revenue and the buyer has been deprived of the solution.Selling has become a bigger challenge than what it was yesterday, because of the increase in options, sophisticated competition and the media, which has made people more knowledgeable and aware.
I also believe that being a commissioned salesperson is better than a salaried salesperson.Because when you are commissioned salesperson, you are saying,'Pay me nothing if I do not produce!'
Selling is more a matter of Will than skill and we need both!
Good time with my goody friend, some time with family and reading an informative book and reinforcing the lessons through writing the lessons learnt in a blogpost. This has made my day perfect,so far.
Hope and wish that this blogpost will be useful to you in some or the other way.Thank you all for reading!
        Keep rocking,be happy!
