There are people in this world who cant have breakfast because they cant afford for it and there are few who dont have breakfast inspite of the fact that they can afford.The reason for not having breakfast is getting up late in the morning and hence no sufficient time for breakfast before they leave to office,school,college etc.I was also used to not having breakfast but am getting rid of that habit slowly.
I will make sure not to miss breakfast right from today and I will also make one of my best friend to develop a habit of not missing breakfast who is also used to miss breakfast at times.I request all my readers to develop a habit of not missing breakfast as there are many bad effects of missing breakfast.
"BREAKFAST" itself means 'break the fast.'The fast refers to no consumption of your body after dinner till you get up after the night's sleep.It is good to have breakfast within 30-45minutes after you wake up in the morning.
I have learnt about effects of missing the breakfast by different means.I would like to summarize a few common ones below.* Breakfast-skippers tend to weigh more than people who eat breakfast.
*Breakfast-avoiders may also have a higher risk of diabetes
*Those who skip breakfast tend to over eat later in the day.*Missing breakfast keeps metabolism of body on low and hence makes you feel sluggish.Thus when you have a question as to why you are lacking energy in the morning itself,it would be because of missing breakfast.
So make it a habit not to miss breakfast even a single day.If there is no time at all atleast pack it and take,so that you can eat when you can.
