Qualities of a Winning Professional

         Hello everyone!I am feeling happy and grateful as usual,for whatever I have and whatever I am today.My today's blogpost will tell about the important qualities to be present in a winning professional.

         What are the qualities of a winning professional?

There are six C's which are the qualities of a winning professional.

Character:Makes ethics a way of life.

Courage:Is brave enough to continue despite setbacks.

Conviction:Has belief in his product,profession and organization.

Clarity:Has clear goals and purpose of life.

Competence:Has the skills and will to sell.

Communication:Has persuasion skills and the ability to convince.

        A person does not become a professional doctor by just having the desire to be one.He must gain competence,education and training to become proficient.Similarly,a good sales professional must learn the art of applying the principles of selling scientifically with proficiency.

Essential qualities of a Good Sales Professional:

1.Healthy self-esteem:A good professional lives by the motto:"Customer first,commission next."Only then will have a large number of customers and becomes prosperous.

2.Good communication-Listening and persuasion skills:Communication is the major quality of a sales professional.Success of a sales professional is determined by his listening and persuasion skills.One who listens to the customer,gives a proper solution and persuades them is a good sales professional.

3.Belief and Conviction:A good sales professional has a strong belief in his product.Only then,he will be enthusiastic to sell it.He will always be excited about his product.

4.Know your company or product:A good sales professional is one who is very knowledgeable.He must very well know his product and details regarding it.

         Last but not the least,CONTINUOUS EDUCATION is an important quality of a winning professional."Experts feel that a person who invests five to seven hours a week in education can in three to give years become an expert in their chosen field."Please remember this quality and keep yourself continuously educated.This will make you more knowledgeable and help you win whatever you want to win.

Getting dressed as proffesional feels great

                It really feels wonderful getting dressed as a professional.IU1010 is one such amazing platform which transformed me in different aspects of life and also in the aspect of realizing how good dressing up as professional looks and I have started liking it a lot.What is IU1010???It is an amazing platform which ten selected youths from Bangalore are selected and they are personally trained by International Inspirational Speaker Sujit Lalwani.I feel proud that I was one among the ten of IU1010 Season-1 and we were asked to dress up in formals(with or without suits) during the sessions and I started liking dressed as professionals from then.

               Even after the season I feel really happy to dress up in formals,mainly with the suit.I love the color black and my first suit is black color and this was taken when I delivered my FIRST TALK on stage.So this has become one memorable non-living thing in my life.I get a chance to dress up as professional even now when I attend the conferences and workshops of IU(Inspiration Unlimited).I also being the advertisements representative of IU e-Magazine have to dress up as professionals when I go for meetings.So the two wonderful dressing styles I love a lot and prefer more is either professional or traditional.Traditional dressing is another wonderful dressing style which I really love a lot.
